"The staff are always so friendly when I go through the drive through. I haven't been inside lately so don't know what that's like. My food is always good, I never have any problems with that. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. I'm spending over 10 bucks for 1 meal so that sucks. But overall I'm very happy with Arby's."

"Was absolutely disgusted by how thick the roast beef was cut. Usually it’s thin and tastes awesome. This time it was chewy, rubbery and thick. So gross. And my fries were skimpy. Paid my hard earned money here and am beyond disappointed. Didn’t even finish it and don’t wanna waste the gas going back for a refund. What is happening to service these days?"
