"They never answer their phone, don’t take cash and have rude staff. Online it says they open at 9am but don’t ever plan on coming then because the employees are probably not even awake yet. I ce back at 9:50 and someone was inside so I tried to open the door once and a man came over. He then demanded that I stop and that he will open soon and that I should just wait. If the workers can’t respect basic rules of opening on time I don’t want to know how they treat the cleanliness rules."

"Corporate greed at its finest. They had one woman running the whole store at 7pm on Sunday. It took her 35min to make 3 sandwiches and then she refused to make my daughter a sandwich because it was too close to closing time (7:35pm) This employee didn’t know what garlic roast beef was and tried to tell me they didn’t have it, she only backed down when I pointed it out on the menu. Also she said at that location they just put ranch in the garlic aioli bottle because they don’t know what aioli is…. I should have just left but I was so hungry after a 12hr shift and subway is all we have left on the north side. Don’t eat here"
