"We encountered a crabby young cashier who refused to accommodate what we requested on our roast pork order today. She stated, "you take whatever we give you." I have been a frequent customer for nearly 30 years since the place was opened. It's sad to see quality of service going downhill in the hand of this young order taker with flat and disrespectful attitude."

"We have been ordering their roast ducks for more than 25 years. Always fresh and tasty except the one I just bought today. It is a tiny bird probably weigh 1/3 less than regular. The price went up so much in the past years. I don’t appreciate cutting corners to save a few bucks to lose once happy customers."
