Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

"Ordered a chicken strip basket with the upgrade to Cheese Curds. Came out and the chicken was over cooked to the point it had a noticeable off taste. The Cheese Curds were so over done they had leaked all of the cheese out of the fried bits and i munched on slightly softer than rock breading. The young lady that took my order was very kind, the older lady (manager) wasnt very friendly, scowling as she removed an item i decided I didnt want and then not saying a single word as she shoved my meal into my hand."

"Went through the drive through for lunch and ordered the new Deluxe Bacon and Cheese Stackburger and an order of onion rings. Wait at the window has been a bit lengthy. Cashier made up for it by giving our pup a dog treat and a free Dilly Bar! Was very unexpected and an extremely nice gesture. Burgers had two different cheeses, three beef patties, and were far larger than expected! Beef had a nice char but, were just a bit dry. Still far better than I expected. Onion ring order only had five rings. Seemed a little small and a little too crispy Backyard Ranch Bacon Burger was pretty damn good. Not Culver's but, still a great lunch!"

"Employees are always wry friendly and awesome Very quick to make food and ice cream under the circumstances. It can get very busy around lunch and dinner and can sometimes have 20 people In the lobby at once so be aware. Bizxards are very thick along with shakes and malts. Not runny at all unless you purchase one wjth lots of hit fudge of caramel or other chocolate/liquids"

"Usually only share positive reviews on Google, but this was such a poor experience I have to post about it. First off, the two blizzards we ordered came out maybe 3/4 full. We asked about it and the worker said that’s just how it is and was completely unhelpful. Finally he took them and just added vanilla ice cream to the top. Next, the blizzards were incredibly runny. By the time we got home it was almost like soup. The worst part, though, was finding a strand of hair in the blizzard, as shown in this picture. Grew up coming here for years…not sure if ownership has changed or what, but I would never return again based on this experience."

"Hands down the worst DQ experience tonight. My husband and I usually love this location and frequent it often. My dipped cone was the absolute worst thing I’ve ever had. The chocolate was incredibly chunky. The chocolate was running down the cone, and the napkin was stuck to it so to eat my cone I had to eat the napkin. When I actually got to the cone it was SO stale. I could hardly chew it and ended up tossing it. I forgot to mention the staff was an absolute mess and just didn’t seem to be working. I’m really sad because I love this location and the manager always seemed to be great and on top of it."
