"I would dare to say I am rather good at just dropping things to move on with my life but the experience at this restaurant was so bad that I stayed motivated for 2 day to write a bad review. This must be in the top 5 list of worst services experiences. It was my first visit, the staff was unclear, not helpful and did not provide a welcoming atmosphere. The over all feeling was rather depressing. The food was not horrible which sort of is a plus I guess."

"I have tried a few times here and each time it’s something different. Last night I wasn’t “allowed” to order a burrito. Burritos were reserved for online orders only. In person orders were only allowed to get a bowl. I felt so discriminated against because of my choosing on how I placed an order. Will not be going back. I left without ordering"

"I went yesterday around 5 pm on Valentine's Day. I waited in line for about 50 minutes. One employee was on her phone while making food for customers, and they were chatting with each other and ignoring people in line. They were also prioritizing online orders over helping anyone in line. They we're moving very slowly, and they were rolling their eyes at customers. A few people ended up leaving. I usually don't write reviews, but this service was just downright atrocious."

"Not sure how this place competes against Chipotle. I’m not even a fan of Chipotle and thought this place would be different. It literally is 95% the same. Unfortunately where it’s different, it’s lesser. Ordered the chips and guacamole. Chips were like the ones you find at the bottom of the bag… all busted up. Ordered the chicken bowls and it was decent but I feel it has less protein than the competition. This place brings nothing interesting or better which is unfortunate. Won’t be coming back to this location or other locations because there’s a lot of alternatives."
