"Lucky does not let you change or cancel an order once it's placed. After reaching out literally minutes when the order was placed (at 11pm on a Sunday no less) they claimed that it was already in processing. Either lucky is abusive and having people work at 11pm on a Sunday or their systems are hot garbage. And they direct to "the carrier" even though they know it's UPS SurePost so absolutely could've helped me but chose not to. I enjoy lucky clothes, but this whole thing has been ridiculous. They also claim they cannot adjust shipping addresses, but after talking to UPS that's not only possible but totally a supported thing even when you ship SurePost as long as it hasn't hit USPS. If you order online make sure your order is right and that you have zero interest in canceling. Or, better, visit a store so someone else can be responsible for their horribly designed systems."

"BEWARE: if you receive a gift, you better get the proof of purchase or this company will do NOTHING to help you with a purse repair. I have been strung along for TWO entire MONTHS by SEVEN different members of their customer service staff just trying to get information on where to send a purse for repair and the cost. The epic conclusion to this is being offered 50% off to purchase a new purse; and I still have to go find my own way to repair my two Lucky Brand purses. When I asked for corporate's contact information, I was told they were not allowed to give out that number. What a waste of time and money. I'd give this company negative stars if it would let me."
