"The pharmacy either needs more staff, or better employees. I just spent twenty five minutes in the drive thru only to get to the window and be told I'd have to wait twenty more minutes because the prescription hadn't been filled yet, and this isn't the first time."

"I recently purchased some items at the New Prague Walgreens. One of the items was a case of water that was labels on sale but, when it didn't ring up at the sale price I questioned it. The woman at the counter just shrug and grunted a reply and sat there staring at me. I hope this is not the customer service you want your company to reflect. I know it is difficult to find help these days but at least train them to assist customers in answering their questions with more than a grunt and shrug."

"I get most of my photos printed here, and if I just based my experience off of photos, it would be 5 stars. But I also had to buy infant Tylenol, Ibuprofen, and Pedialyte in a pinch recently and it broke the bank. If you don't get it on sale or have coupons, it is an expensive store for almost everything. The staff have always been friendly though, and they keep the store very clean."
