"When I walked in, I waited 10 minutes in the store, completely by myself until somebody came out from the back. The girl was wearing a headphone in one of her ears and talking on the phone. I clearly inconvenienced her by coming into order a sandwich. I’m not one of those people that leaves reviews very often. In fact I work in retail, but this was next level bad."
"I came to eat at subway because I love it. The lady who took my order was very nice and professional. After finished eating my sandwich, I went looking for a bathroom but I couldn't find it. Then I ask the lady who helped and she said there was no public bathroom. I said "ok". One minute later another customer asked for the bathroom and the manager said ok to go. So right away I got out and I said " so there's a bathroom but you didn't want me to use it"? "She said, it was only for regular customers " That was so rude of her. She was a racist!"
"Terrible experience ordering through the app for delivery. Upon receiving the ordered items, I noticed I was not given a bottle of pop but a normal cup. There was an upcharge for the sealed bottles that I did not receive. I opened my sandwich, and it was drenched in multiple sauces to the point where it was inedible. To be clear, I only ordered baja chipotle sauce. I called the store, and the woman who answered was swearing and talking about fighting someone while also talking to me! She handed the phone over abruptly to a guy who told me that he put teriyaki sauce on my tuna sub as that's how they always come. My receipt doesn't show that I requested that sauce, and I've never heard that, and I've visited many locations. Between those two sauces, it was a wet, sloppy mess. After one bite, it was thrown away. The only option he offered me was to bring it back to the store to be remade. I'm at work and would've picked it up if I could have... He offered no other solutions as I could hear the woman in the background continue to spew profanity. I wouldn't want people like this to remake my food anyway! Edit: No response back from the subway feedback form I submitted over two weeks ago. Not a great way to do business."
"I came to this subway because it said they were open at 7AM, I noticed someone was working this morning and decided to wait until around 7:05AM to go inside. But the door was locked! The worker just looked at me and continued on to do what she was doing. I guess change the time online if you do not honor your “opening at 7AM”."
"Walked in there were three employees helping make sandwiches. We noticed in our app we had a deal but it was online order. We went sat down and ordered through the app. App stated our sandwiches would be done at 1:50 pm. They weren’t. We went and asked the no only one employee about how much longer as we had an appointment to attend. Employee had a hard time finding out order to discover the receipt had fallen to the ground. She proceed to pick up the receipt with her gloves still on. At 2 pm we still haven’t received our older and said employee has helped incoming customers while other employees are chilling in the back… we than ask again at 2 about how long and employee up front making sandwiches decided to give us attitude stating she’s trying her best at age 15.. employee in back than told the employee who’s finally making our sandwiches to give us free cookies and employee states it’s not her fault we’ve been waiting for 45 mins now since placing the order for two footings. I work in fast food and you make orders in order that they come she should’ve stopped helping customers who just walked in and did the mobile order.. very disappointing and will not be coming back to this location. There’s other customers who had similar experience with mobile orders at this location. Clearly there needs to be something done."
