Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Possibly the worst chipotle in the Twin Cities. I’m not sure what it is about this place, but every time I come here, there is no sense of urgency and the employees seem to be in a zombie like daze. Granted, they’re usually kids and probably don’t want to be there in the first place but boy do they show it. They are also usually short staffed. The line is more often than not out the door and there are always people sitting waiting for their mobile pickup for up to 20 minutes past the estimated time. I’m honestly shocked that this chipotle has remained open all these years. It’s also probably my fault that I keep coming back here. The food is fine… it tastes like chipotle. They’re usually out of certain items however. It’s also crazy dirty. Whoever owns this place is either extremely hands off, lazy, or just incapable of managing a team. I should give myself one star or every time I come back here, thinking it will be different."

"Yes… we all know that Chipotle, regardless the location, has decreased its quality of everything, from staff, customer service, cleanliness and so on. But this location is an exception (at least at this moment) I just went there (W at 8:35pm) the evening male manager was so kind and helpful, as well as his crew. Thank you very much, I really appreciate the good customer service."

"Sharita, the manager (I believe) is Very efficient and Detail Oriented!! I used to live (for 2 years, 3 years ago) a couple blocks away and she always got my orders correct! I'm very specific with what I want and she has always gotten it right! Because of this, I continue to visit this Chipotle, despite moving 5 miles away, 3 years ago! Her and her team are always Super Friendly, provide quick and accurate service, and make the atmosphere warm and inviting! I will continue to go back weekly! Thanks!!"

"The restaurant was filthy. One customer, 4 employees and not one table was wiped off, the floors were disgusting, the soda counter didn’t look like it had been wiped all day, spills that had dried up, no napkins in any three of the dispensers and they looked old either rust or food spills. the food was dried out the orange that came with my daughters food had brown spots on it- we threw it away. Simply the most disgusting place I have been in a really long time. I have pictures. I would have left but my daughter was having a low blood sugar issue and couldn’t wait to eat. I am praying we don’t get sick from this food."
