Smashburger

"Ordered online for pickup. Order was placed at 6pm through Grubhub, said it would take 15-25min. Showed up to pick up food at 6:30 and didn’t leave till 7:20pm. They were not only an hour late but somehow the food was cold when it was handed to me like they finished 90% or the order and let it sit for an hour before finishing the rest. Other customers were warning people walking in. I even asked if I could just cancel my order and get a refund, which they couldn’t do. Overall extremely disappointing."

"I came in around 6:30pm on a Tuesday, there was a worker making shakes who should’ve greeted me at least? Didnt even acknowledge me! What looked to be the girl manager was handing out food, she didnt look at me and the girl in the back was just fumbling around. There were people waiting for food in the restaurant but nothing crazy. I left after standing there for 15 mins!! Went to the Apple Valley location and was greeted instantly, my order was taken and I’m happy now! Ill never go back to the Burnsville location…"

"It took over 20 minutes to get to go order of chicken tenders and fries. The workers are not wearing protective wear for cooking or handling food, I watched a cashier go bag and handle food without washing hands, and the main cashier seemed to be unable to take an order without error."

"Very overpriced. I used to come to Smashburger and love it, but now my burger isn’t even big enough to fill the bun, the fries were so crunchy they hurt your teeth, and the lady at the checkout was extremely rude. I will not be visiting again or recommending this location to any of my friends."

"Very friendly service and the store was clean. Love that they have a good selection of options for different dietary requirements. I had a chicken sandwich with a multigrain bun and a side of brussel sprouts. My friend had a smashburger with fries. We both enjoyed our choices. Price was very reasonable for what we got. 100% best fast burger joint in the area if you want healthy options too."
