Wahlburgers

"HARD PASS. So called Wahlbugers at this location is slapped together with half-trained HyVee employees that know NOTHING about the menu recipes nor good customer service. They run it on the cheap. How does a double burger have 2 differently done patties? Bartender has to look up basic drinks on her phone...wow Hire A REAL CHEF to work the kitchen. Not a bunch of lazy kids. Never a checkback on food/refills. Just pay and tip when you order at the counter and pray you actually get service for it."

"We went there 5:00 on sunday and the place was desserted. For 10 mn there was no employee to be seen in the place. After this time employees came out but none of them bothered to give us some service ot any of the two other customers that arrived during this time. After 15 min in the place we simply left, not coming back, ever again. Simply shameful place and shameless employees."

"Took my friends daughter out for lunch. Her burger off kids menu couldn't stay together. I ordered my burger with a gluten free bun. The burger came with a regular bun, i had to ask for my gluten free bun. Someone did go get it but my bun frozen."

"I was expecting more for the price! Had a double burger... so $12 + change... which i would pay if the bun wasn’t the kind that instantly flattens into a wafer-thin grease sponge... or if both patties were cooked the same. The menu disclaimer states all burgers will be cooked medium unless requested otherwise, but i think the one was a little red (judge for yourself). If you’re doing take-out, be sure to check before you get home... my mistake. I’m missing Market Grille."

"Not a good experience. Prices were about 150% what they were when it was Market Grille, but there were no waiters (have to order at a counter like a McDonald's. Bartender was uninterested in explaining offerings or prices for drinks. Attendant at counter was pleasant, and asked if I wanted my burger "medium," and I said yes, but when I got it was quite overdone. Soggy, greasy fries. Also, they gave us ketchup in friggin packets. You'd be better off getting fast food, it would be a quarter of the price and twice as tasty."
