"Jimmy Johns super fast delivery took over 2 hours to delivery less than 2 miles away. Was “out for delivery” for more than 80 minutes. I thought a $5 tip for a 1.8 mile drive was generous. Round trip thats $50 an hour for their time. Next time I’ll order from Jersey Mikes I guess…. Followup- talked to the group listed in the response. Useless…. store never did anything and corp just offered 1 free sandwich that expired in 3 days. thats a fair trade to an entire ruined order…. Go to Jersey Mikes- trust the reviews."
"Terrible customer service, I will not be ordering from them again!!! I am still waiting on my delivery that was placed 1.5 hrs ago! I called 30 mins ago and they said he was out for delivery. Just called back now and the employee picked up the phone said “we are backed up call back in 30 mins” then hung up the phone! Called back again only to find out my sandwich never left the store!! Rick the manager didn’t seem to care when I complained."
"They never seem to clean their ice machine- gross. This is not the first time there have been white/gray chunks in my drink. I called about it once and they said they would put a free drink into my account. That never happened."
"I hate writing this. I completely understand businesses being short staffed, staffed by people who may not care etc. but something has gone terribly wrong with this Jimmy John’s. I also understand and am ok with having to wait a little longer for my online delivery. I was even presented with a screen before placing my order that stated my order may take a little longer to be delivered, ok that’s fine. But I really feel that waiting over two hours is too much… for subs. Or at the very least, let people know approximately how long they can expect to wait. My order was confirmed at 5:20, didn’t go out for delivery until 6:41…here it is 7:30 and my order still hasn’t been delivered. I have a problem with a company whose motto is “freaky fast” but I still haven’t received my order… over 2 hours later. I live about a half mile from Jimmy John’s. I’m really disappointed and something needs to change. Someone needs to take charge and figure out why all of this is happening…(clearly more than just a few times based on other reviews I’ve read)"
"Ordered two sandwiches online, one caprese salami pesto and one gargantuan. Brought sandwiches back home. I took a bite out of the caprese and noticed gray salami hanging out the side of the sandwich. Look inside and saw more gray salami. I returned the sandwich to the store and had the manager look at it. He stated it was the balsamic vinegar and asked if I wanted a new sandwich. I declined and asked for a refund, which they gave me. What should have happened was an apology, pulling the salami from the prep area, and at least inspect it. Also, inform me that they would also look at the prep area and cooler temp. This did not happen; they just returned to making more sandwiches. Please note that the vinegarette is not touching the gray areas but is in the pink area, and the color of the meat did not change (nor would I expect it to for the short period it was in contact with the salami) Follow up, I did suffer mild food poisoning for next 36 hours."
