Let me start with the positives: the staff was fantastic, offering friendly and prompt service that made the visit pleasant. The food, as always, was amazing—delicious and exactly what I've come to expect from this establishment. However, the issue that significantly dampened my experience was the unexpected price increase. Historically, I've been able to enjoy my usual two items for around $19, but this visit saw my bill escalate to over $31. This substantial rise in cost not only impacts my overall satisfaction but also affects my ability to leave a tip, which is disappointing given the excellent service provided. While I understand prices can fluctuate, it's disheartening to see such a leap. Despite the outstanding service and culinary quality, the pricing issue is a considerable drawback, making it harder to justify future visits without some reconsideration of value."

"The food was great! Subway app for Android might have a bug. I put to have sandwiches toasted and added notes asking for it to be toasted 2x, but it wasn't. But it was all still great. Customer service is always excellent at this subway store. Thank you all for everything you do."
