"We were very disappointed with the customer service at this location. We were looking at a shirt for my husband. A customer service, David, came over to ask if we need help. We were still deciding which design of shirt. David started to pull a long face. Suddenly, he walked away from us like he was needed urgently elsewhere. My husband tried to get David's attention to get his opinion. But, David could not be bothered to ask if the shirt works out. David was busy arranging clothes on the rack instead of attending to my husband the only customer. Could it be because I'm Asian? I don't think we'll go back to shop unless we are returning something online. I hope Tommy Bahamas work on Customer service improvement."
