"The staff at this location is extremely friendly. The owner of the company came out, hung out with our kids, took them back in the kitchen. Let them pick out a snack all around good environment to be at food was phenomenal. Drinks were cold all around great place to go and enjoy your Thursday afternoon lunch or any meal. "I did an online order, it said to pick it up in 30 minutes. So I went into the store exactly 30 minutes from when I placed the order. Left the store. The sauce was wrong. The food was cold, and there was a hair in my wings. When i called the store a lady answered and as i tried to explain what happened, she immediately put me on hold and got the owner brad. As i try to explain to him what happened he cut me off and proceeded to tell me that the food they gave me was sitting for 17 minutes. Why would online say 30? Do you want peoples food to be soggy? Not to mention he was being rude and wasn’t even allowing me to fully explain everything wrong with my order. Then he proceeded to tell me that the next time I come in i can have $15 voucher and that we can sit and chat, get to know eachother. Those exact words. Why would you say that when clearly my voice is a young lady. Im just trying to explain to you that my food was soggy, there was a contamination of hair, and the sauce wasn’t right either. Then i asked for just a full refund, and as i was about to tell him i would bring the food back he cut me off and said “ I can’t give out free meals to everyone”. why would you need to give free meals to everyone if there order was done correctly the first time and not sitting in the back cause that was when they were told to come get it. Not like it would be a free meal cause no one on earth would eat this nasty, trash, contaminated food."

"I'd like to give 3.5 stars. I came here after seeing a recent review showing the buffalo chicken sandwich, my husband can't turn down a good spicy chicken of any kind. So he was in. The sandwich was good and he said he would go back to have it again. I did the build your own burger Monday special, the burger was just fine. Needed seasoning (salt) and the fries that came with it were only okay. They had 2 for 1 drinks which was unexpected and kinda cool. The pull tab booth had a lot to offer, no major winners for us. Service was only okay. My husband pointed out that the server (female) never smiled and it felt like she wasn't interested in us or being at a job."
