"Please never go to this wing stop. 11:30 we picked up our wings to make it home by 12 and find out they were wrong. Drove back because no one answered the phone. I didn’t even hear a phone. Finally I got the correct order an hour and 20 minutes after the original order. Because of my drive time. I saw orders continue to filled. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and I would do a re-fire and immediately pack the wrong order. When I asked for a refund because it’s been an hour an 20 minutes and now we don’t have time to eat the food before work. I was told “well it’s told that it’s an hour wait”. I think she was confused that I waited. No I didn’t wait, you guys packed the wrong order and then made me re wait for the correct one because no one would/could answer the phone. I think it’s crazy to not get a refund after spending $40 for wings or at least something done. I hope this place doesn’t last long and gets replaced by an actual business."
"Ordering online was easy. They were very busy with the lobby at capacity. I was there at the estimated wait time and the order was ready when I arrived. However, when I got home none of the wings were what we ordered (fries were correct). I had to return and have the order remade (they did this quickly). Wings were good, but please check your order before driving home."
"Location is not dine in. Wings were not great. Flavors are not correct. I advise given them a few weeks or them finding someone who actually knows how to make the wings with their signature sauces and rubs. I’ve been to countless of wingstop locations over my 15 years, This location was by far my least favorite. Hair in wing."
"Placed an online order at 2:46pm yesterday. My order said it would be ready in 38 minutes. I seen they were busy so I gave them an extra 10 minutes. Walked in there at 3:25pm and it still wasn’t ready. Finally got my food at 3:40pm. Employees seemed to be extremely stressed. Lobby was entirely way too small. Food was good but I would not wait almost an hour for that again."
