"The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Jimmy John’s in my life. “Freaky Fast” does not describe this location one bit. They prioritized massive online orders over in-person orders and had people waiting over 30 minutes for a fast serve sandwich shop. I saw multiple customers steal sandwiches in front of other people politely waiting. Very poorly managed and no one seemed to care."
"Got the cubano...it was ok...kind of skimpy. Decided to get a drink and the first 2 choices were out and then no ice. The person checking me out was busy making sandwiches and seemed so bothered to check out the line. 5pm ish. Had high hopes cause so close to my apt. Prob won't b back."
"What a joke.... I realize that everyone is short staffed right now but that doesn't mean you get to treat your customers like s**t. For the second time in a week from call to delivery it was over an hour. Today's was almost 2 hours and then one of the sandwiches was left out of the order. When we tried to call them (like 10 times) nobody answered the phone. Finally one of my employees got into her car and drove over to get her part of the order rather than wait another two hours. When she arrived she was greeted with open hostility, excuses and above all was mocked by one of the nice little boys that work there. This office won't be doing business with this location of Jimmy Johns ever again. The lack of customer service was shocking."
"This is, by far, one of the best Jimmy John's in the area! I order from them regularly and have never had any issues. My order is always fresh and made correctly, and I have never waited more than 25 minutes for delivery. Also, the delivery drivers are typically friendly and very polite."
"Nothing spectacular, just a quick stop if your out of lunch options. Can get busy between 11-1. Whatever sandwich you decide on, Jimmy peppers are a must."
