"Had an intermittent problem with my 2015 Nissan Rouge. It stopped running when I pulled into the Car wash across the street. The manager was able to get my vehicle in for inspection and get it running again with a very fair price. Don’t know if the intermittent problem is completely fixed because it can go for weeks without issue. But they definitely found something that would prevent it from running that day."
"Great customer service! My fiancé called this location about services and prices seemed decent so we took her car there, I was surprised on how truthful and helpful Brenda was with all the questions we had. Overall satisfied with the whole team & work. I recommend this location."
"Demetri was an awesome help. He kept me waiting for a while and then him and his team advised me that the service I needed wasn’t necessary and instead did not charge me. I later learned I had warranty for the service I needed to replace at a different auto repair shop and got it all changed for free. Because of demetri and his team were honest, I was able to save a lot of money. I appreciate you all at good year tremendously!!"
"I brought my daughters car in because the power steering was out and leaking. I told them it was either the hoses or the pump. They said they would look at it and let me know. They called me literally 10 minutes after I dropped it off and said that the pump needed to be replaced. I said I would just do it myself, and they tried to charge me 150.00 for the 10 minutes it took for them to look at it. So I said fine just fix it. Then the manager called and said it was the hose. They charged 415.00 to replace the hose. Guess what? I picked up the car and the power steering was still out. So 415.00 later and the problem was not fixed. Terrible. So upsetting. I would not take a car here. Be warned."
"Brought 91 convertible in for an alignment because I had just replaced Struts, shocks, tie rods, sway bar links, rotors and pads. They called me to tell me my car needed new struts, shocks, tie rods and sway bar links… along with a patching a tire. After asking the receptionist why those parts had to be changed she couldn’t give me an answer- said they told her it was company policy on old vehicles The mechanic got on the phone and tired to explain to me the car look old so they need to be changed. - they just need a cleaning. Then he moved on to mention a “steering wheel issue” if that wasn’t fixed he cant do an alignment. Never specified what the “issue” was even when asked multiple times. No longer trusting any of his word since he told me the new parts needed to be replaced- I asked him to not work on the vehicle. When I came in to retrieve my car he charged me for an inspection fee. The “inspection” was telling me that I needed new parts which clearly never took the time to look at. Manager became upset as there were other guests in store listening to me call him out on their unprofessional business. they are a tire shop, they couldn’t even patch my tire. Thanks. Finding a good honest mechanic is hard these days, but I assure you, you won’t find one here."
