"This company's customer service is horrible and frankly a little shady. They charged me instantly for a washer and dryer. I received the washer and the dryer was back ordered for 5 months and then they told me it was discontinued. Wanted to replace it with a lesser quality non-matching dryer. The dryer was actually available from LG on their site. They tried to switch me into a different set at my expense."

"I received a Samsung stackable washer and dryer that has damage to both. All I am getting is the run around. Taking advantage of the disabled is so low and against the law. I'm getting no where with the customer service reps and convenient for them there is no manager around. Please don't shop here you will be very disappointed and will be given every excuse in the book. Horrible service and poor customer service skills. I have reported them to the proper authorities due to lack of revolution."

"I normally don't complain but being without hot water is stressful enough but when you have a company set up to put your water heater in and the one guy that shows up proceeds to tell you that he can't do it because he's by himself and the tank is full of water.....I'm no plumber but dont you have to drain it...I'm sure he also had a work order saying that we needed a new water heater...so if you see that it's a water heater and can't do it yourself why wouldn't you bring someone with you..."
