"I wouldn't say it's disgusting but I definitely won't try it again. No flavor no guidance for new customers. Very disappointed. Also, don't bother with the Pokémon Crane thing. Because it's a scam. My daughter picked up a pokéball twice. And as soon as it got to the top, it dropped."

"We have tried this restaurant twice. The first time we tried a bunch of different sauces, vegetables, etc. We were surprised that there was not much flavor, and we were also surprised how little vegetables there were in the dishes. It was ok. Tonight we ordered & it was terrible. We ordered steak stir fry & they FORGOT the steak. The noodles were mush, the vegetables were few & far between. 3 mushrooms in the whole dish, maybe 5 pieces of broccoli. Spending a lot of money for very little…very mushy, and no protein. We ordered chicken wings as well, SOGGY… We had to put them in our air fryer, and we still could barely eat them. Not good. I had high hopes for this restaurant. Unfortunately, we will not be back. * after reading other reviews, I have realized that they charge a lot and give you a little. They give you a lot of noodles, and hardly any vegetables & protein."

"The food was excellent. We had three create your own meals and all three were delicious. We will go back for the food as it was exactly what we were hoping for. Ordering from a kiosk versus a human is actually a great setup with this type of menu. We liked that aspect. There are two things I think they need to improve upon. One is the friendliness of the staff. We walked in and walked up to the kiosks which are located right by where the employees are cooking but none of the three workers even acknowledged our existence. All it takes is a quick “welcome to Urban Wok” or even a simple “hello” to make guests feel welcome. The no acknowledgment made it easy to select no tip on the kiosk screen. The second thing is the temperature inside the restaurant. It was really, really cold inside. They only have a single set of entry doors so when it’s cold outside you get blasted by cold air every time someone comes in. With long Minnesota winters that’s a problem."

"We've been here multiple times since they opened and are huge fans. Great gluten free options. I'd be happier if the containers were filled to the top, that would make the price seem more worth it. Last time I went, my container was only filled half way, and my husband was filled 3/4. Consistency would be nice. Pros: Great concept Healthy options All sauces are gluten free! "I was so excited about having a fresh stir fry option in Shakopee. When I actually got my food I was pretty disappointed. I paid extra and maxed out my veggies. This stir fry bowl ended up being about 18.00. The veggies are cut up in tiny pieces and there just are hardly any in here. My stir fry was mostly noodles, in a pool of sauce (ginger teriyaki) that was so sweet it was almost inedible. I would consider giving Urban wok another try, with a different sauce choice but I’m still deciding considering how expensive it was for how little vegetables I got."
