"The drink stand was completely covered in old pop that looked like it had been there for more than a day. Where the lids were located the counters were completely covered in sticky dried pop. The drinks themselves tasted very watered down and the fries were very unsalted compared to the other Wendy's restaurants I regularly visit."

"Fountain drinks are extremely watered down, tastes like I'm drinking lightly flavored carbonated water. Hygiene is essentially non existent. Suppose to have improved fries but they were old and unsalted. Over all this location needs some serious improving."

"Have been here several times, food is always great but service can be a bit rude sometimes. So, just be prepared you never know when you’re going to get a nice friendly service or a rude one."

"Did a mobile order and realized after getting home that an item was missing. Still trying to get my money back for that. Besides that, the fries were half luke warm and half cold, the burgers were soggy. Just an overall bad experience and then this mobile app has trash customer support."

"Horrible experience! We ordered a group order of all chicken sandwiches and they all ended up being all hamburgers and it was ordered ahead of time and took forever to be finished. Manager sat at the store for 40 mins after we ordered ahead. They prioritize new in store orders over all other orders and the manager lady was incredibly rude about it all. Called the store and was hung up on twice!! Finally called them to reorder and when I get there the lady and the dude at the window were all rude to me also! I shouldn't have had to go back to get the right order as we PAID for it and they have the audacity to say "well we don't make mistakes like that." Well here is a picture showing that you do. They said they shouldn't swap it for the right order unless we brought the burgers back, but they should have it on camera that they gave us the wrong food AND a recent review on Yelp from someone else says that he watched them resell the fries he brought in for the same reason and that is a MAJOR food and safety violation! Just nasty! We all work in customer service so we know what crazy customers can be like but this was just negligent and disrespectful. Spent over $70 between all of us and it was not worth a single penny. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!"
