CRISP & GREEN

"Would give 2 and a half if possible.. Employees are very nice and so is the inside itself. Unfortunately I visited this location on Sunday 1/14/24 and didn't have the greatest experience with my meal. For some odd reason the employees do not wear any hairnets and their was a hair in my salad.. Also purchased a smoothie that had a mixture of fruits but tasted like straight banana. For their to have been two employees working up front their rotation from making salad bowls, making smoothies and ringing up customers could be better. I did call back same day and was told there was no store manager just a shift manager and there was nothing she could do about it at the moment. I left my name and number then called back the next day to speak to a store manager that had no idea what was going on or what happened because the note that was left just said there was a complaint. I did get a refund for the salad a couple business days later. Also, this place does not take cash."

"Second time in. I ordered online. Order not ready when I got there and the counter person buzzed around trying to complete it, after a few minutes she told me that there was no chicken for my chicken Caesar salad. Really? She offered alternatives and I settled on buffalo chicken. The salad was overdosed with lemon and the kale content was way over 50%. Not happy. This was after I bragged to my wife about how good the Caesar salad was."

"First timer, here. The interior was very clean and service was fast. I got the seasonal salad and my husband got the Cobb. Both were delicious. I also like to try the ranch whenever I can & theirs is delicious. Wish St. Cloud would get one!"

"Some unbelievable salads, they do a great job at pairing the dressings with the salads. I enjoyed the wild wild southwest for sure, definitely gets you filled. Occasionally added more protein. They have some other great options as well like the fiesta bowl, I doubled up on that salsa add on, perfect! They have great shakes as well, date night was delicious ! The soft chocolate oatmeal cookie is good too. The staff is always great at this location. They did accidentally leave one guy by himself on a Sunday though, which lead to a long line. However, this only happened once in 3 weeks that I was there, and I was there almost ever day. Improvement section:: Not a lot to improve on, I would add something , I might add limited crepe option, green tea option, and something with eggs , beans and cheese . Wheat grass shots ."
