Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I need to talk to someone about my issue. I placed a delivery order that was almost 100 in total. I noticed right away that my large queso was missing. I reported it in the app. Later I found out that my burrito bowl was made wrong. It had corn in it and I didn’t order corn in it. I am so frustrated and I can’t seem to get this sorted out when I call or when I use the online system"

"I won't give this place my money, especially after today. I was not here as a paying customer, but was picking up a Doordash order to deliver. I didn't even enter the doorway but simply looked in the pickup door to let them know I was there. Before I could even say anything I was yelled at by the employee "WE'RE WORKING ON IT!" without even being nice about it. I get that you just opened and have multiple online orders waiting, but there's no reason to be rude. I didn't enter the door like the sign said. I looked. This was unnecessary. I quit giving Chipotle my money years ago. This is proof I made the right choice. I'll give somebody else my business. I don't recommend anybody else does either, but I know they will."

"Both bowls are entirely wrong. One has no corn, and one has no lettuce when we asked for extra corn and lettuce on both. One was supposed to have red sauce, but there was none. They are always wrong. The first picture is what I received from delivery. The second order is what I received when I drove there to complain. To add to the issue. There was NO apology only combative monthly attitudes and rebuttals."

"I came here around 8pm to eat on my way home from work. When I came in I was the the only customer inside. I interrupted the cashier from checking her cellphone. She eventually did make my order and then other customers came in. There were 3 other employees within eyesight and 0 of them came to ring me up. 1 of them made food for herself. Another kept cleaning. And then the other one hopped on the line and started making orders. (I eventually got to pay for my food and sit down.) The worker who was cleaning seemed to be on a mission to get me out of the restaurant as quickly as possible. He ran up and down the aisle with trash cans, slapped open trash bags, slammed cardboard together, etc. And it probably wouldn’t have bothered me but they didn’t even have the Chipotle soundtrack playing over the speakers to drown him out. Dead quiet the entire time I was here. The whole place was disheveled (garbage bags and empty boxes everywhere). The service was poor. And the food didn’t taste right. I don’t know if this is a franchise or corporate location but either way - it used to be one of the best Chipotles in Minnesota and now it’s one of the worst. (But there’s a happy ending: the employee I interrupted got to go back to checking her phone.)"

"Worst service I’ve EVER had. Too worried about “haha” with their coworkers who are off the clock & figuring out rides, than providing any sort of attention to customers. It was a “what do you want” not a “how can I help you” Had someone who was in front of me in line, he asked her what she wanted, she said bowl, brown rice & chicken. he ran out of rice in the front then disappeared for 7 minutes, came back without rice, asked her again & then disappeared for another 4minutes. Finally got her order, was rude the whole encounter. Had her sit at checkout for an additional 5 minutes while he ran off to the back again. Then asked the person behind me what they wanted, skipped right over me. I stated “uhm I was next” then proceeded to relay my order. Their whole line was a complete mess. For having 5 people sitting in line, they had one line worker, and a male who was intermittently disappearing for 5-10 minutes at a time, when they also had online orders coming through. Not to mention we also sat at the checkout counter for 6minutes, then waited an additional 7minutes for a large bag of chips, and saw 4 people in the back just goofing off and talking. I don’t know who the manager was on site, but what a joke of an establishment. DO NOT COME HERE. Go somewhere else."
