"I feel like this franchise owner has given up. The restaurant was a complete wreck with trash overflowing, dirty drink station, and overall questionable cleanliness. The food came out cold and honestly looked inedible. The taste wasn't much better. The Mac and cheese looked repulsive and uncooked. Only 2 people working, which explains all of the above. We will not be back."
"The store is clean and the staff is friendly. Service was quick. Pot stickers are flavorful but we're flat as a pancake. Pasta was just ok. Could use a little more sauce as it was a bit dry and bland but the chicken was tasty. This is not a place I'll be rushing back to."
