"Apparently no one knows how to do anything. Came to do a return (purchased items on self checkout) Apparently 2 staff members that are there have no idea how to do returns for self checkout. So now I have to find a time when the manager is in to do it. There's a reason I came there right now, a waste of a trip and now I have to coordinate another time and hope the manager will be there."
