"Showed up today with my trailer to pick up a @EGOPowerPlus 52" z6. @Lowes offers a military discount for my family's service... Figured the local Ace would do the same. Negative. Would have rather shopped at a locally owned store but Left empty handed due to the lack of military discount. (Edit: Its not just that... I presented the price difference, and they wouldn't even try. I was in the store literally begging "Can we do anything to keep me out of a big box store?" ) just having someone work with me would have been enough for me to stay and even pay MORE to keep the business with a local store. But they refused to do anything. I'm not blaming anyone specifically, but perhaps looking at the policy would be beneficial. I've got the mower on order from Lowes, there is still time to cancel my order Lets figure something out."

"They are running modified hours right now that I don't think is accurate on google, but regardless my experience was still great. I was greeted when I walked in by the cashier and a sales associate. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I was in and out in a couple minutes. Very helpful staff and great variety of products."
