"I love the way madewell jeans fit me and I wear mine all the time. So much that I wore a whole in my fave pair. I saw on the website that stores offer repairs and patching for well-loved jeans. Which I super appreciate because I’m a sustainable queen. (Trying to be anyway!) I went in to this store to ask about it (with my jeans in tow) and the two people working told me that program was discontinued. I don’t blame the folks who work there, they were super kind and have ALWAYS been helpful, friendly, & informative. I’m just trying to get the attention of the higher ups because I think a mending program is a great idea and I felt a little misled by the website."
