"This is easily the best location in the west Metro. The drive through line always goes quickly for me at any time of the day and the employees are very friendly. Don’t bother going to the location in Maple Grove, that one is horrible."

"I love Wendy’s, so I keep trying to give this a shot. Worst service ever food is almosalways cold, and they do not answer the phone sthere is no way to address issues. Today, for different food delivery drivers tried to pick up my order and waited over 15 minutes each until the service finally cancelled my order over two-hours later."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. The last time I went to this location, I pulled up to the speaker, waited a few minutes, backed up and drove up again, still nothing for another few minutes. I pulled up to the window, could hear their music blaring. I knocked on the window a few times, I could SEE the employees standing and chatting. Finally someone saw me at the window, took my order, but were very short and snippy. The time previous, I was the only one there and it took 7+ minutes to get my food but when I did, the chicken was rock solid and cold. I wish this location was managed better because I love Wendy's and this is close to my house, but I now avoid it."

"Food was fine, some a little cold. Straws, cup lids, lobby soda machine were all not stocked (no diet soda at all available, for example). Ketchup cups empty, bathrooms all blocked off. It seemed like they were actively trying to discourage patrons from the store at all to be honest."
