"No fitting rooms, mis-treated, accused of theft, and then lied to about unable to put things on hold as the customer in front of me is asking for her to grab her stuff from the back that she had on hold. The clothing racks are so snug and jam packed you can barely look at anything. I wish they had kid clothes else where I definitely regretted shopping here but my daughter loves this place."

"The prices are good and the front desk was super helpful. Was able to get some last minute shoes and head scarf for the gym. It was cute too."

"Had to deal with a rude manager.! As a customer I enjoy going to rainbow in crystal after a decent shift, Its like right next to where I live so why not.? But disrespect is what I can’t deal with. I don’t tolerate disrespect and I will not let nobody disrespect me. I was already going through somethings at the time. The employees are nice and respectful, I enjoy the help and cleanliness they put up. I don’t have any problems with anyone of them. I haven’t had any problems until today, just cause u are a manager of something, imagine how quick your spot can be taken. I was not going to sit and argue with nobody back and forth and with this country being the way it is, we should be better off walking away from the situation after feeling like it was escalating, it was no professional service giving to me with this manager, i have never met him before, im just a high school student trying to succeed but I don’t tolerate disrespect. So make sure u don’t lose nothing in this store cause he doesn’t care what it is or who it belongs to."

"I was told that the dressing room was permanently closed in the store. The manager is really rude. How are you going to have an entire clothing store with no dressing room ridiculous an inconvenient. Definitely not good customer service definitely not convenient definitely not a good business strategy."
