"We dropped off our dishwasher for repair. The invoice was $577, including testing and $200 for re-installation. The first time we used it after the "repair," water gushed out on our new wood floor. We obviously asked for our money back. No, the best they could do was $200 off a "new" $1400 dishwasher with a dent on the inside door seal. Just to see how bad they treat people, I countered with an offer for $1000. The manager said, "oh no, we couldn't do that, we had to pay for the repair parts." What a joke. Don't walk - RUN from OW!"

"We bought a dishwasher in March for $1,200. We were told all service calls were free for a year. We used the dishwasher twice then it no longer was working, we check the drain and couldn't find anything. We wash our dishes with a scrubber and dawn dish soap before putting in dishwasher. We called them and a guy came out. Said that we should switch to liquid detergent because dishwasher can't break down the cascade platinum pods. (You would think a$1,200 dishwasher should be able to break down the pods but it doesn't) He said it clogged the drain but did not tell us where because we didn't see it. Then he took off out the door so fast we couldn't even ask barely had time to say thank you. He started the dishwasher before he left and it worked. The next time I went to use it didn't work again. I checked the drain hose remembering the last time he told me it was the clogged. I couldn't find it the hose looked clear. So I called and then he come back out and again he said it was a clogged drain, this time I was able to ask the guy with him where it was at and he showed me. The guy that was here the first time then spoke up and said it was in the same spot the last time.. I thanked them for coming. I then got a bill in the mail for a service call...I thought it was free? Well that's a lie. It's not. Jenn never told us "functionality parts" those words never came out of her mouth til I called and asked about the bill. If I would have known I would get charged I would've contacted my protection plan that covers it for FREE. Needless to say I was going to buy my refrigerator there and will not be doing that because why pay overpriced items when I can get cheaper elsewhere since I already have the protection plan somewhere else that no matter what the service call is free. Make sure to ask all the right questions before you buy."
