"All the food was really good. The phở broth is amazing, though the chicken was a little dry. They really give you a lot of meat, which can be a little much for some people. Call me crazy, but I would've like more noodles and less meat. The rice and apps were fantastic, though the pan-fried dumplings seemed equivalent to store bought. All others were really good...especially the egg rolls, amazing."

"My sister and I went on a quick dinner date for pho! My first time here since they changed to Pho 99 from Phuong Trang. Pho was good and so were eggrolls and spring rolls. We each also ordered the Vietnamese Coffee.. it wasn't as sweet as we'd like so my sister asked for some condensed milk and the waitress gladly brought us some! I will definitely be going back whenever I want some pho. Looking forward to trying their other dishes as well! I sadly didn't get pics of the eggrolls or Vietnamese coffee."

"Pho was 4 out of 10 since it taste every water down for $14 regular size and if you wanted to make it a large than that’s an extra $2. 2 Spring rolls had no flavor for $8. The service was horrible. The girl waitress gave me an attitude the whole time me and family was there. The seating was horrible as well. I would not come back ever again."

"Heard a lot of good things about this place so I came to check it out to see if it really was the best Pho restaurant in MN. I’d agree with the last guy who reviewed this. The pho broth was average to above average. On a scale from 1-10 it’s a 7.5. I was disappointed since so many people hyped up this place. I also ordered numerous items on the menu as well and they were all mediocre to below average for the most part (eggrolls, spring rolls, fried rice, Bahn Mi and the bbq pork with vermicelli noodles). Probably the best thing on this menu was the wontons and the Thai Tea. But come on now, you really can’t mess up Wontons tbh. Overall, the service was good. It’s a tiny spot so it felt a bit cluttered. Will I return, most likely not."

"I recently dined at Pho 99 restaurant in the neighborhood and had an exceptional experience. The beef pho noodles were truly delicious, standing out as the best among nearby establishments. What impressed me even more was the generous portion of extra meat, making the meal even more satisfying. Highly recommended for pho enthusiasts!"
