"Food was great per usual, registers were down, could only accept exact cash payments. I had to figure out on my own that they could still accept online orders. They were trying and I appreciate that but can't give five stars for this experience."

"Ordered to-go. I did a build-your-own burger did not order cheese, as I can’t eat cheese, and got home to find my burger was covered in cheese. My husband and I also ordered smashfries and were both given regular fries. We came in towards the end of the night and were the only customers in there. I was really looking forward to eating this and really sad that I can’t. My husband’s burger was correct though, and he liked his!"

"This was our first visit to this location and it was horrible. First off, I recognize that places are horribly understaffed, this is no exception. But the entire restaurant looked like it hadn't been swept or vacuumed in weeks. Our food? Omg, I should have read the reviews. I spent $35 for two people and we left throwing out our food. Our burgers were so salty it tasted like someone dumped salt on them. We ordered Smash fries and she gave us regular so when we asked for what we ordered, we were handed fries slopped in oil that had no flavor. And the onion strings? They tasted like oil and were so soggy, they stuck together."

"We dined in and they served us Super oily fries. When we requested to have them remade the kitchen staff and cashier kid was very rude about it."
