"Took food from drive thru. 1) Very slow order taking and giving food. Probably under staffed in there. 2) New Chicken Cantina burrito and quesadilla is TOTALLY HOPELESS. Dont waste your money on it. 3) I got 2 chicken cantina burrito and quesadilla, ....burritos were not grilled (I told them 3 times that I need it grilled) and it was very skinny with lot of sauce but hardly any chicken. Dont go to this maple grove site....very bad! Spent nearly $26 and got bad food."

"Took forever to check us in on my bf,s mobile order and so we had to pull up. And the cashier kept telling us to back around into the line agian. Night shift needs to treat customers better or hire people who care about thier jobs they are hired to."

"My rating went down a lot simply because I can't get in to the store! I've went to the maple grove location multiple times and I just want to eat in the lobby and the doors have always been locked! There's no note on the door giving a reason why! Can anyone tell me what's going on there?"

"WHERE'S THE BEEF??? I purchased the beefy melt burritos yesterday, 3 of them, 1 without the frito chips. My daughter had the other 2 and she said they didn't taste right... I didn't get a chance to eat mine last night and just went to open it to add potatoes into it and found NO BEEF in my BEEFY MELT BURRITO!!!! I live like 16 miles from this Taco Bell and I am so angry! So very angry, because SEVERAL times I have ordered her they have gotten something wrong or even left OUT an entire item! I will avoid this one from now on! WON'T EAT HERE AGAIN IF I CAN AVOID IT!!!"

"Literally, the most incompetent Taco Bell I have ever been to.. and this is a brand new facility. This is not the first time I have gotten messed up food, but I have never heard of someone so oblivious to their job they don’t notice they didn’t grill half of the quesadilla. Almost none of the cheese was melted on the grilled side either. Literally mind blowing. And they had plenty of time to cook it, there were 3 cars ahead of me and it took almost 15 minutes for them to clear 3 cars. I’ve read other reviews of them forgetting food, this has happened to me a few times with them. I will gladly drive across town to the other Taco Bell, they seem to know how to work in fast food. Franchise owner should really looking into retraining their staff."
