"I ordered polos, hats, jackets, and duffel bags from Thread Logic for my small business, and they turned out amazing. I had someone call me initially to discuss what exactly I wanted to embroider on all the apparel. I have some intricate lines on my logo, and Thread Logic was able to make the logo look really good on all the apparel. They also suggested a different layout for the hats that ended up looking so much better than if I just went with my standard logo. "I worked with Heather. I am not a graphic designer, so I came up with a simple logo and she helped to clean it up. We ordered hats for the team and polo shirts for the coaches with the team's logo on them. They turned out better than expected. The kids loved the hats and instantly put them on. My son has been wearing it every day. They look great. The coaches love the polo shirts and it helps the team to look more cohesive. We put together a competitive team for kids that love baseball and are extremely athletic but also love and play other sports so they cannot commit to the club teams that play 70 games per year at 9U. We do play all of those club teams though and overall our coaches and team uniforms look better than any of theirs. We got samples from a couple other places and they did not look nearly as professional. Great job Thread Logic. Thank you Heather."

"If you’re looking for great products and service at a good price look no further. Our logo was somewhat intricate and they made it work beautifully including altering the color slightly to match the coat color resulting in an absolutely beautiful jacket. Additionally we had a hat ordered that Thread Logic wasn’t sure the logo would look great so they modified it with my permission and it came out great! Vicky in customer service was great to work with. I had our order placed and as usual people changed their minds about sizes and items. Over the weekend I ended up sending at least 4 emails to her. Monday morning I called to clarify and clean up the mess I created and she had already sorted things out and had the new order in my hands within minutes. Production time was very reasonable and shipping was lightning fast. We will definitely order again!!"
