"How could a good experience go so wrong? Stopped by for an occasion dress and found a couple (yea!!) - helped myself to a dressing room and decided to try another size. Went out wearing the dress with socks no shoes, grabbed the other size and to my surprise was approached and asked if I needed a dressing room. Mmm. I was WEARING the same dress I had in my hand. Decided to purchase both for different occasions and realized at checkout I didn’t have my gift card. I asked them to hold and I’d run home quick - I live super close and was back in about 5-7 minutes to find the same associate putting the dresses back. She was surprised to see me and said “oh someone put another dress there…what size did you have again?” The first dress was already hung up and she grabbed it back off the rack. We went to the checkout together - I stood there and she looked at me and asked “oh, would you like to make a purchase?” Seriously? “Yes” is all I could say and all I really wanted to do was leave. I paid and just had to say “you didn’t think I was coming back did you?” She responded with lie #2 by saying she was holding them for me. Not sure putting them back in the rack qualifies for holding them. It’s been a couple days now and I still feel terrible about this interaction."

"Visited this Anthropologie on Monday September 11th, 2023 around 3PM. I was there to make a return and to look if they had a specific top that I had seen at another store. I walked all away around the store without even be acknowledged. When I didn't find what I was looking for I made it to the line to make my return. The associate was so rude, and seemed very annoyed that I was making a return. Didn't feel welcomed at all, I will find another store to go to next time."

"Walking in its bright, esthetically pleasing. Greeted by smiling pleasant helpful people. It smells great."

"Anthropologie is a nice upscale store, not many locations, but the online store offers a more extensive choice of clothing sizes and furniture. Not for everyone, but you must know when to shop the sale rack for good deals. Again, not for everyone's taste, but I have found many staple pieces here that I've had for many years and the quality holds up to it's name. Staff has been helpful here, and I do enjoy coming in store once in a while to look at new releases to get a feel of the real look, price worth etc."

"Off putting to walk into a store and be accosted by an employee asking me what brings me in today. A simple hello and let me know if you need help is sufficient. When I let her know my visit would be a short one due to the overwhelming stench of their scented candles she backed off."
