"Went for lunch on a Saturday, not super busy. Waitress was super attentive and friendly. Service was good and quick throughout lunch. Food was good. I got one of the bento boxes, which had fruit, a seaweed salad, tempura shrimp and a roll. My roll was cut very inconsistent but tasted good. My 5 year old got the shrimp guppies, which don’t come with a side OR a drink. Two pieces of shrimp over rice for about $6. Pricy for that. She enjoyed it, but we did add a kids side. Why the two stars? Service fee. I LOATHE service fees. If you charge one, make it apparent when you walk in or right after you sit down, not as a surprise on the bill. Pay your employees more and incorporate it into the prices. It's not that hard. At this point, we don’t plan to come back due to the fee. It’s already expensive for what it is and you get hit with the fee on the back end. The food is unique enough to come back, but there are plenty of other options in Eden Prairie to frequent first. "Had a nice experience here last night with work colleagues. It was pretty typical of other Craves in the area. We ordered a load of sushi and it was fresh and tasty, but the nagiri (not pictured, I forgot to take a pic) was small as usual. Specifically the eel and octopus. The dry ice fog on the platters was a cool, neat touch. We also had some chicken wings and calamari which were pretty standard. Service was friendly and the smoked old fashioneds were fun and well done with the stamped logo ice cube."

"We sat at the bar . The bartender was friendly and attentive. Zero complains about the service and atmosphere. However there was a 5% surcharge in the bill . It appears that there is this new tendency in restaurants to add additional services charges . It is the responsibility of the owners to take care of their employees ."
