"The manager started screaming at us in the drive-thru when we asked if they could remake a blizzard. The manager started screaming through the window. You need to pull off to the right. Well I can understand that they are short staffed. It got worse, when the manager came out the door squeezed the blizzard cup and said don't let anything hurt you. That made me scared to eat the blizzard. The customer service here is not good. I would advise you go somewhere else."

"We were a group of 8 and didn’t realize it was 5 minutes till closing when we walked in. The 2 guys working were so nice and such good sports about it! I used to work fast food and know what thats like. They were great to us and actually made it fun. Thanks so much! Sun 11/12/23"

"I've never been in this DQ. I have used the drive-thru multiple times the past 5 years. The service is always fast and friendly. The food and blizzards are always delicious!"

"Ordered a banana split. Three very small dabs of ice cream. One had a piece of strawberry on it with a dribble of strawberry syrup. One had three very tiny squares of pineapple with a dribble of syrup. The third had a dribble of chocolate sauce. Little bit of whipped cream. The bananas were good. I left that Dairy Queen vowing never to return."

"I’m not one to write reviews but this place is TERRIBLE. I have never experienced worse than New Ulm Dairy Queen. There are signs all over the menu telling you what you cant do, or cant order. This place has nothing. Also not to mention if you go within the last 10-15 minutes of it being open they always turn the grill off. They never keep the grill on until close and will refuse you. Ice cream usually comes melted, and as people have already stated the staff is RUDE. They are nasty to the costumers. Go somewhere else, this place is not worth it…"
