"Waited 45 minutes for food, arrived cold. Waited another 20 minutes for drinks. Asked to speak to a manager was told I would have to come back tomorrow. On top of cold food, omelet had barely any toppings inside. Was treated terrible by our server. Was told nothing they could do about our cold food."

"About eight months ago, I left Perkins to pursue a different job. I was a cook there for almost three years. One thing I can always say about the place was how much I enjoyed working with my fellow co-workers. The pay wasn't good, but I enjoyed my job because of the people I worked with. I came back this morning and that hasn't changed one bit. I had met with an old friend whom I cooked with here, but who had also left for a different job. We both agreed that it was the people that made working at Perkins enjoyable for us. And even after months, I still have the same sentiment. I go to Perkins for the friendly staff. Speaking of staff, our server Laura is as kind and friendly as she's always been. We talked for a good while, and she was attentive at our table, refilling our glasses without us needing to ask. Very prompt with bringing our tickets, which I appreciate. Exceptional service, would definitely like to be served by her again in the future. The cook Claire made my omelette exactly as I wanted it, and the pancakes were cooked through, but not overcooked. Kudos to her for doing such a great job! Also, this is oft neglected but cooks always appreciate tips as well, so if you particularly like the food just remember who made it! ^-^"

"I'm always a fan of Perkins due to the buttermilk pancakes. The taste has been unparalleled to this point in my life. The pricing for most of their breakfast dishes is slightly higher end and worth it. I was only disappointed in their pumpkin spice pancakes that were small and still ran a $17 bill with a large OJ. The staff were very nice and courteous. Only time I felt rushed was paying for the bill, which is fine, just felt weird. This will likely be my weekly or biweekly stop to satisfy my pancake urges:)"
