"This company was contracted to service our sanitizer monthly. Without asking permission, the tech took it upon himself to make a 'repair' on our machine that was only three months old and was not broken. He broke it. We had to get another company to come fix our sanitizer and we paid for that out of pocket. We had to sanitize our dishes by hand for seven weeks while we waited for a part to come in. It made dishwashing take twice as long and we were understaffed already. To make up for the cost of the repair their tech made necessary, Autochlor asked to exchange for their monthly service for the remainder of the year. And then they did not come at all for seven months. We called and called and begged them to come refill the chemicals so we could run our kitchen. Nada. So we ate the cost of the repair they caused and we went without chemical service. Today they finally came...during the children's naptime. We've been very clear for 16 months that the children sleep between 12:45 and 3:00 (just like some restaurants they service aren't accessible at 7 am, our preschool isn't accessible when children are asleep). They banged on the door while the children were sleeping and then got salty about the fact that they could not come into a room of sleeping children to service a sanitizer. 0 out of 10. Avoid avoid avoid. Unethical, inconsiderate, and unskilled."
