"1st off I have tried on several occasions since they have opened to find the store telephone number on line with zero luck Why every other Family Dollar store has their number posted on line & not Windom is beyond me. So I decided to call a sister store not too far from the Windom Mn store to see if I could get their number. But then when I call the Windom Mn store I get the recording like I do when I called the other store & it begins to ring & ring & ring & no one ever did answer. So now I get to drive 20 miles one way & hope they got what I needed on their truck this week…so frustrating"

"Horrible customer service! My 15 year old gave the cashier $70 cash for his purchase and was not given correct change. We were told there was nothing they could do. Both women at the store were very rude to my son. Manager was supposed to call and still has not. There is NO local phone number available and no one answers at the corporate level. Shop at your discretion. Seems like it was done on purpose try cashier."
