"Affordable appliances, I was able to shop online to find the ones I wanted at a good price, although the web app does not allow me to use my credit card, so I placed the order for financing and was advised that a rep would call me. The next day I went to the store and Rob pulled up my order numbers to complete the sale using my preferred payment method and arrange for delivery within 7 days. Mark and Scott delivered the appliances and hauled away the old ones efficiently and offered to come right back if things were not up to my standards. As it turns out, the freezer did have a loud noise. Glen came out within 2 days and first tried leveling the freezer on my uneven basement floor, that seemed to work but within an hour, the rattle was back. Due to a fortunate last minute opening in his schedule, he was able to come back the same day and open the back to discover a component was barely touching the compressor causing the random noise. Glen moved the component way from the compressor and resolved the noise. I've purchased all my appliances from Heartland and support to this local business not only supports my community, it is also very convenient to get in touch with a really person who is also a friendly neighbor.
