"Have been to Burger & Company many times. Every time, the food is fantastic. All of the burgers are great, the shakes are rich and flavorful, and their cookies are amazing. Each and every kind. The people are friendly and the venue is fun. Would recommend and will be returning many more times. The BOT burger is my favorite and my wife loves the fried pickle burger."

"This is a clean shop in downtown Spirit Lake. It offers a nice burger menu and is known for having competed in Iowa's burger competition, capturing 4th place. Trust me, you need to stop here. Our service was friendly, as the staff was eager to answer all of our questions. The entire restaurant was clean and without any mess. My burger came out without delay and was cooked perfectly. As a note, my sister ordered cheese balls, and we debated sharing. We were told that we would likely need a separate order. Well, as females we did not. It was a lot more food than we ourselves needed. Finally, these folks have a gluten-free bun option. I cannot wait to bring my husband here for that!"

"Great spot for lunch. Sorta a fast casual feel where you order at the counter when you walk in and get a number and they bring the food to your table. I had the “BOT burger” which was bacon,creamy brie cheese, jalapeño, and a wonderful balsamic onion jam. It just all fit together perfectly, the creamy brie with bacon crunch, a little heat from the jalapeño cooled with the jam. Wasn’t too overpowering of a jam which I think happens with a lot of burgers with jam on them. One of the better burgers I’ve had in awhile especially one with all the complex flavors. I also had the “hot tots” which were perfectly crispy with just a touch of Nashville heat and sweet to them. I liked that the sides came with ranch. Which I assume they make in house, definitely has a distinct dill presence, which I enjoy if it’s not too much. Would highly recommend if you’re in town and need a bite. Service was friendly and prices reasonable."
