"Wow. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this Holiday. I guess if you are interested in being insulted by the employees, or being ignored as you wait to pay for something, then maybe this place is for you. I just watched a customer, who balked at paying $16 for gloves he thought were clearly marked as $5.99 be told he was poor and it was sad that he “couldn’t afford” the overpriced and mislabeled product. The icing on the cake was when the employee then ridiculed him for wanting 2 packs of smokes instead of one. I mean, it’s not everyday you witness this level of cruelty passed off as “customer service.” I live down the street and will be going to great lengths to avoid this place from now on."

"The car wash is nice because it’s never busy, but part of the reason is because an attendant has to come out to manually spray the car at the start and they don’t really pay attention when someone is ready for a wash. So you input the code and then sit there for a few minutes wondering if someone is going to come out, then eventually I honk my horn and someone comes out. They need to just fully automate it, obviously."
