"My first interaction was great! I walked in after parking in an extremely full parking lot but it was around 12:20pm on Dec 7. I am providing details so this employee can be recognized as I did not catch her name. I feel like calling her Ruby but I have no idea why, could be her red hair. I observed Ruby’s interaction with prior customers and she had the best disposition and operated with excellent efficiency one wants in an employee and one a customer appreciates. While JM’s was busy, they operated with great efficiency and I was on my way after ordering a giant Great Kahuna. Once I arrived home, I devoured 3/4 of a beautifully prepared and great tasting Philly cheesesteak. I ate 1/4 more than I planned. I am not expecting the leftover to taste as great as this is a sandwich to be savored fresh. None the less, I shall return. And whatever Ruby’s real name is, I feel she makes a huge difference to the bottom line at this location."

"The apex of J-Mikes. As a regular you know these guys hold it down. The whole squad has mastered making the sandwiches and customer service. All Jersey Mikes locations are pretty great but this location and the staff are the apex of the business. My only issue is they are so good that I have developed an addiction to both the #9 and the #56. Kudos to the team and shout-out Jake and his squad."
