"My husband and I visited Perkins last Sunday evening. It took several minutes to get seated and there was a couple behind us as well. They got seated right after us. It took at least 15 minutes for the person to ask us what we wanted to drink. The couple that got seated after us left after 10 minutes of waiting. Once the server got to us, we placed our order, and it took 30 minutes to get the food. Very frustrating I feel like the last three times that we visited Perkins. It’s been worse service each time. The visit prior to this one There was a little boy who was asking us what we wanted to drink. I guess it must be a child of one of the servers?? I guess it didn’t seem very professional especially since it’s a major chain restaurant. It used to be a great place to eat anytime a day, but that has certainly changed."

"Amber was amazing. She recognized her regular customers and was very patient even with the children. She does her job very well. The food was warm and timely even though it was busy. Loved our dining experience today!"

"Amber V. is an amazing server! She managed several tables if varying sizes without issue and all of the guests seemed as happy as my mom and I were with the service. Amber was prompt and precise with our order and very good at communicating with us. She is also friendly and fun to talk to! Excellent staff, excellent food. Looking forward to returning."
