"The food was absolutely astounding. It was very hot, I have no clue why some people were saying it was "cold". Service was great, staff were very understanding. Though the beverage choices were hindered due to a low stock and the food was a little expensive, that's perfectly fine since this restaurant is situated in a zoo. Definitely come here if you need high quality food after looking at all the animals"
"Customer service was awful. The (transgender) teenager at the checkout was rude and rolling his eyes on us. The table we sat on was filthy dirty and the food was horrible and overpriced. I will never go back. Disgusting place with unhygienic employees."
"Please be cautious. We all got serious food poisoning! 3 adults, and two children got voilent sick from mac and cheese , hot dogs , and chili cheese fries ! Food wasn’t even good , very over priced."
"I found it odd that there are signs proudly stating that there are vegetarian and vegan options, and that “fruits and vegetables are ALWAYS our first choice,” but you can see on the menu that there are literally no fruits or vegetables. The only vegetarian option is a Caesar salad. I don’t see a single vegan option? Unless you get soda for your meal or eat only the lettuce from the Caesar salad. Wouldn’t be as disappointing if they hadn’t blatantly lied to advertise these choices"
