McDonald's,

2075 Snelling Avenue North, Roseville, MN 55113

"To whom it may concern, I will admit, the evening started in disappointment when my friends and I were unable to go to the KFC next door because it was closed. However, I now admit that this may have been the work of God because it brought us to this lovely little establishment. You will note, that the food was, in my opinion, below average McDonald's quality. Nevertheless, I do not hesitate one second to give this McDonald's a five star rating because of the excellent service we received within. The manager was clearly very busy, but he handled his work with grace and great diligence. Still, he was personable and kind, and even a bit of a comedian, as he made a very funny remark to my friend as he served him his happy meal. The rest of the staff, likely inspired by his peerless leadership, also worked very hard to satisfy the myriad demands of the others in the restaurant and the drive thru. Also, for families with small children, this McDonald's would be very good. The play area looked reasonably clean and had an uncharacteristically tall playground. It looks like a lot of fun for the tikes. There was also ample free parking and the place looked to be wheelchair accessible, though I cannot say this with complete certainty because I am not wheelchair bound myself and I didn't see anyone enter or exit in a wheelchair either. In conclusion, this McDonald's did have some deficiencies, including largely subpar food. Yet I guarantee you shall not find a McDonald's with a staff so attentive and with so much wit and gusto. They could have served me a pile of garbage, and I would gladly have ate it up if only to please the most wonderful group of people I have encountered in the past few weeks. "This is the fastest McDonald's ive been to in a while. Less than 4 min i got my food! Usually this order at other locations take 10 min AT LEAST. Definitely coming back!"

"The order machines seem to be properly working maybe half the time, they make use them to order, but the machines don't take payments, the you still need to go to cou ter to pay, but they won't take your order there, or the machines are out of paper so you get no receipt. This McDonald's has gone to the dumps"

"Avoid this place like the plague. Got a Big Mac yesterday that had green mold on the bun, which I barely missed eating. Absolutely disgusting."

"Since the Midway location doesn't offer inside dining I opted for this location and let me tell you it was well worth the bus ride! It's such a nice clean friendly environment that noticed me right away, allowing me to take my time to unthaw and make my selection and such fast kind service I highly recommend this location"
