"Pancho's is a favorite date night spot for my wife and I. The tacos remind me of those in Los Angeles - I really like all of them except the chicken tacos. The carne asada, al pastor, and veggie tacos are standout. My wife is vegan and she enjoys getting either the veggie taco plate with no cheese or the chimichanga with black beans, veggies, and no cheese. However, the sauce has dairy and needs to be substituted too. The staff is generally friendly, but service can be slow. Ordering chips ($3.50) and drinks can help pass the time. The atmosphere is relaxed with nice music. The restaurant can be a bit drafty in the winter."

"Delicious food, reasonable prices, what more could you ask for? The chiliquiles verdes were very good. Everything was cooked perfectly, and food came out super fast. If you're in the circle pines-ish area, check them out!"
