"There were a few reviews with confusion as to where the Einstein Bros. is located, and it's located inside the Christensen Center on the Augsburg campus. We visited in-between appointments at M Health Fairview Children's on a day where classes were not in session, so we were able to park on the street right outside the Christensen Center for free one hour parking. (Parking was hard to come by, though.) We ordered a bacon and cheese egg sandwich, and it was fine, nothing to write home about (but that's what we were expecting when looking for a quick bite to eat)."
