Caribou Coffee

"I see we have some people complaining about prices but it’s not the businesses fault. The economy is bad and they can’t really control it. Back to the review! The place is very nice, neat and the location is convenient. As always they are fast with making your coffee."

"This week, Caribou e-mailed me an offer for a free drink, presumably because of my review (read below). This is missing the point: they jacked up the price of a cup of simple coffee to +$4.50 (+ tip) and for that reason I will no longer buy hot coffee there. It now costs $5 (five) for a medium cup of coffee here (+tip). No exaggeration. That goes far beyond inflation. Sad. I will no longer be bringing my custom there. Then there is the copy-and-paste response from Caribou to my original review. Even sadder. So I reduced my overall rating from 3 to 2. Wasn't there a time when cafes would post their prices above the counter?"

"This Caribou location is great! They are right off the U of M campus and their staff is always friendly and ready to serve you. They also are very fast to get your drinks out."

"Only complaint is that I wanted to do the order from my app but it said on the app that this location could not take online orders. When I asked they said that they hadn’t been getting orders thru the app that day and they had no way to fix it. Since many rewards are increased by using the app, I am pretty frustrated."

"We stopped in to hang out on a snowy Sunday and were not disappointed. Caribou was clean, well organized and welcoming. My daughter and I spent an enjoyable 1/2 hour relaxing and reading. It was a lovely time."
